Here&#039;s our cancellation and refund policy.<\/p>\n<h3>Cancellation of a reservation<\/h3>\n<p>Can <strong>Cancel your reservation and request a full refund<\/strong> whenever you do it <strong>before the start time<\/strong> indicated in your reservation. To cancel, please contact us via WhatsApp (+34 614 549 005) or email (reservas@lockercuenca.es) indicating your order number.<\/p>\n<h3>Once the reservation has started<\/h3>\n<p>If the time slot has already started or you have used the ticket booth, <strong>No refunds are allowed<\/strong>, since the service is considered rendered. <strong>time extensions<\/strong> Payments already made are also non-refundable.<\/p>\n<h3>Errors or duplicate charges<\/h3>\n<p>If you detect a <strong>duplicate charge<\/strong> If there was an error in your payment, please contact us as soon as possible and we will review it. If applicable, we will refund the corresponding amount.<\/p>\n<h3>How is the refund processed?<\/h3>\n<p>Refunds are made by the <strong>same payment method<\/strong> Payment method used for purchase (card or Bizum). The amount may take some time to be processed. <strong>within 48 hours<\/strong> to be reflected, according to your bank.<\/p>\n<h3>Service issues<\/h3>\n<p>If you were unable to access your locker due to a technical issue, please contact us and we will resolve the problem.
