In accordance with Article 103.l) of Royal Decree-Law 1\/2007 (LGDCU), the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to rental services linked to a specific date or period.<\/p>\r\n <\/section>\r\n\r\n <!-- S6 -->\r\n <section class=\"section\" id=\"s6\">\r\n <div class=\"section-header\">\r\n <div class=\"section-num\">06<\/div>\r\n <h2 class=\"section-title\">User Obligations<\/h2>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <ul class=\"doc-list\">\r\n <li>Remove the packages before the <strong>23:00 h<\/strong> of the contracted day.<\/li>\r\n <li>Leave the item in the same condition you found it, free of debris and undamaged.<\/li>\r\n <li>Report any breakdown or incident at the establishment immediately or through <a href=\"mailto:privacidad@lockercuenca.es\" style=\"color:var(--navy);\">privacidad@lockercuenca.es<\/a>.<\/li>\r\n <li>Do not transfer the use of the slogan to unauthorized third parties.<\/li>\r\n <li>Safeguard the provided access code or key diligently.<\/li><li>Access the premises <strong>solely for depositing or retrieving luggage<\/strong> of the contracted consignment, and not to remain in it longer than strictly necessary for that operation \u2014as a guideline, no more than <strong>10 minutes<\/strong>\u2014.<\/li><li>Do not remain, wait, stay overnight, or carry out any activity on the premises other than using the lockers. LOCKER CUENCA reserves the right to refuse service. <strong>right of admission<\/strong> and may require the immediate departure of anyone who violates this rule, without the right to a refund. The premises are under video surveillance.<\/li>\r\n <\/ul>\r\n <\/section>\r\n\r\n <!-- S7 -->\r\n <section class=\"section\" id=\"s7\">\r\n <div class=\"section-header\">\r\n <div class=\"section-num\">07<\/div>\r\n <h2 class=\"section-title\">Prohibited Items<\/h2>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <p>The following are expressly prohibited in the lockers:<\/p>\r\n <div class=\"prohib-grid\">\r\n <div class=\"prohib-card\">\r\n <div class=\"prohib-title\">\ud83d\udd25 Hazardous materials<\/div>\r\n <div class=\"prohib-desc\">Explosive, flammable, toxic, corrosive or radioactive<\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <div class=\"prohib-card\">\r\n <div class=\"prohib-title\">\u26a0\ufe0f Illicit items<\/div>\r\n <div class=\"prohib-desc\">Weapons, drugs, or any goods whose possession is illegal<\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <div class=\"prohib-card\">\r\n <div class=\"prohib-title\">\ud83d\udc3e Living beings<\/div>\r\n <div class=\"prohib-desc\">Animals or organisms of any kind<\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <div class=\"prohib-card\">\r\n <div class=\"prohib-title\">\ud83e\udd57 Unpackaged foods<\/div>\r\n <div class=\"prohib-desc\">Unpackaged food or drink that may spoil<\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <div class=\"note\">Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of the contract without refund and notification to the competent authorities.<\/div>\r\n <\/section>\r\n\r\n <!-- S8 -->\r\n <section class=\"section\" id=\"s8\">\r\n <div class=\"section-header\">\r\n <div class=\"section-num\">08<\/div>\r\n <h2 class=\"section-title\">Objects of Special Value<\/h2>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <p>LOCKER CUENCA does not recommend depositing cash, jewelry, original identity documents, or high-value electronic devices. The decision to deposit these items is the sole responsibility of the user, who assumes all risks associated with that decision.<\/p>\r\n <\/section>\r\n\r\n <!-- S9 -->\r\n <section class=\"section\" id=\"s9\">\r\n <div class=\"section-header\">\r\n <div class=\"section-num\">09<\/div>\r\n <h2 class=\"section-title\">LOCKER CUENCA's Responsibility<\/h2>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <ul class=\"doc-list\">\r\n <li>LOCKER CUENCA is not responsible for theft, loss or damage to deposited items, unless there is intent or serious negligence directly attributable to LOCKER CUENCA.<\/li>\r\n <li>In case of theft or robbery, the User must file a complaint with the competent police authorities.<\/li>\r\n <li>LOCKER CUENCA's maximum liability will be limited to the amount paid by the User for the contracted service.<\/li>\r\n <\/ul>\r\n <\/section>\r\n\r\n <!-- S10 -->\r\n <section class=\"section\" id=\"s10\">\r\n <div class=\"section-header\">\r\n <div class=\"section-num\">10<\/div>\r\n <h2 class=\"section-title\">Damage to the Signs<\/h2>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <p>The User will be liable for physical damage caused by misuse. They must pay: (i) the cost of repairing or replacing the damaged module, and (ii) compensation for lost profits equivalent to the daily rental price for each day the storage unit remains unusable. The maximum cost of replacing a complete module is calculated at <strong>1.500 \u20ac<\/strong>, unless otherwise technically assessed.<\/p>\r\n <\/section>\r\n\r\n <!-- S11 -->\r\n <section class=\"section\" id=\"s11\">\r\n <div class=\"section-header\">\r\n <div class=\"section-num\">11<\/div>\r\n <h2 class=\"section-title\">Items Not Collected at Closing<\/h2>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <p>If the User does not remove their belongings before 11:00 PM, LOCKER CUENCA may:<\/p>\r\n <ol class=\"doc-olist\">\r\n <li>Contact the User using the information provided in the booking to inform them of the situation.<\/li>\r\n <li>Apply the corresponding overtime rate for each hour or fraction thereof that exceeds the contracted hours.<\/li>\r\n <li>If after <strong>24 hours<\/strong> If the User has not removed their belongings and paid for the additional time after the rental period ends, the items may be considered abandoned and managed in accordance with current regulations.<\/li>\r\n <\/ol>\r\n <div class=\"alert\">\r\n <span class=\"alert-icon\">\u23f1<\/span>\r\n <span>The 24-hour period begins counting from the end time of the last contracted or paid period. If the situation is not rectified within this period, LOCKER CUENCA will be authorized to take action in accordance with the regulations regarding abandoned property.<\/span>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/section>\r\n\r\n <!-- S12 -->\r\n <section class=\"section\" id=\"s12\">\r\n <div class=\"section-header\">\r\n <div class=\"section-num\">12<\/div>\r\n <h2 class=\"section-title\">Breakdowns and Incidents<\/h2>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <p>In case of breakdown or blockage, the User must report it immediately to the establishment or through <a href=\"mailto:privacidad@lockercuenca.es\" style=\"color:var(--navy);\">privacidad@lockercuenca.es<\/a>. If the breakdown is attributable to LOCKER CUENCA and prevents the use of the locker for more than 4 hours, the User will be entitled to compensation equivalent to the price of the period not enjoyed.<\/p>\r\n <\/section>\r\n\r\n <!-- S13 -->\r\n <section class=\"section\" id=\"s13\">\r\n <div class=\"section-header\">\r\n <div class=\"section-num\">13<\/div>\r\n <h2 class=\"section-title\">Data Protection<\/h2>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <p>The processing of personal data is governed by the <strong>Privacy Policy<\/strong> from LOCKER CUENCA, available at <a href=\"https:\/\/lockercuenca.es\/en\/\" style=\"color:var(--navy);\">www.lockercuenca.es<\/a>, in accordance with the GDPR (EU) 2016\/679 and the LOPDGDD (LO 3\/2018).<\/p>\r\n <\/section>\r\n\r\n <!-- S14 -->\r\n <section class=\"section\" id=\"s14\">\r\n <div class=\"section-header\">\r\n <div class=\"section-num\">14<\/div>\r\n <h2 class=\"section-title\">Modification of the Conditions<\/h2>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <p>LOCKER CUENCA reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
